Fall semester events

Hello students!

Fall 2023 in the Fine Art and Graphic Design Department is going to be swimming with activities!

We have exciting gallery exhibits as well as workshops, events and student opportunities to participate and engage with your fellow classmates! Last year was a wonderful year of expansion for our department and I’m excited for this year as well! Highlights from last year include: 3D students making and exhibiting their guitar assemblages with the Norton Museum of Art; fine art and graphic design students selling their work at the student marketplace during College Night at the Norton (some sold everything they brought!); our first Sketchbook Showcase as well as a successful HU Arts Fest and opportunities to exhibit your work at the gallery and see exhibits by your professors. We even have a great opportunity for you to curate your own exhibit with your friends!

With the fall semester comes a freshness.. new possibilities to learn, expand and grow in your own art practice. Let’s do this!
