This website can obviously be viewed on your phone, but you can’t create your assignments on your phone.

Good Afternoon Professor, I tried to download Adobe Illustrator on my MacBook with the link you posted for It being free, but it says that I need an IT admin to allow me to use it.
You are correct, Iman. PBSC IT is working on it. I put in a request- I hope it gets approved soon.
